Refund policy

Customers wishing to return items must do so within 14 days of purchase. Items being returned must be in their original, store-bought condition, and have a valid till receipt from Entershine Bookshop. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you do not live locally, or are unable to come into the store to arrange a refund, please e-mail us at info@entershinebookshop.ca to request our assistance. Your return will be processed once we have received the items in-store, and assessed their condition. Entershine Books is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process.

Please note that bulk orders and special orders are not eligible for refunds.

All refunds and exchanges are made at the discretion of the management team, and are to be considered final.
