This photographic portfolio reveals the artist's interest in historical artifacts, and the imagery derived from the use of dramatic natural lighting. The images capture the mood of a difficult yet dynamic period of our country's past with colour, composition, and the use of light and shadow. All images were taken at Fort William Historical Park - a living attraction recreating the Canadian fur trade of the early 1800's.
