Siblings, Autumn and Shai, forever have their lives turned upside down when they discover mysterious and magical markets hidden in Centennial Park. However, there are dangers lurking in the shadows. Ghost-like beings, called wraiths, haunt the outer areas of the markets, trying to get inside the magical barrier, which is a thin line keeping the markets from utter chaos. And there's one wraith who seems to know more than the others, one who might be the downfall of the markets and the siblings. Oh, and along the way, the siblings meet this really kooky blob named Joe.
Ewan McCartney is a 12-year-old author who loves to write but would rather eat his own hair than edit. Apart from writing Ewan likes to spend his time drawing snails chasing blobs (please don't ask). He loves acting and playing tennis. Ewan also likes going to Centennial Park (where this book is set) with a hiking group called Track Attack. He plans to continue writing in the future and he has already started his second book.
