The Blue Jay is the official provincial bird of PEI and #6 in our Birds of Canada series by artist Glenn Gobuyan. Intelligent, saucy, and gorgeous, Blue Jays are also fond of paint chips - not because they possess a keen eye for colour, but because they need the extra calcium during nesting season. Who knew?!
Artist Glenn Gobuyan specializes in environmental graphics and exhibit design. Glenn’s worked on many visible projects in the National Capital Region such as the design of banners on Confederation Boulevard.
