Leanna Rosengren is a painter and linocut printmaker from Thunder Bay, Ontario. Her artwork is inspired by the shores of Lake Superior and surrounding wilderness of Northern Ontario. Her works are primarily landscapes and wildlife portraits. She enjoys the variety of working in oil and acrylic paint, as well as the carving and ink of printmaking.
Leanna graduated from the Fine Arts program at Lakehead University in 2012. After graduating, she worked as a graphic designer and created numerous wedding templates and illustration packs, including a children’s book illustration collection. This led to many illustration projects, including a children’s book that was published in Australia.
